Returns Policy
We are confident that you will love our one-of-a-kind pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please read our Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All of our pieces are handcrafted, upcycled, or custom-designed to order. As such, items are considered bespoke and are non-returnable under UK law unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described
   
• You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
   
• The item is returned in its original condition
   

Please note: Custom or personalised furniture is excluded from standard change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return Costs

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
   
• We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service
   
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
   

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@upitdesigns.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
    
2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
    
3. If eligible, we’ll issue return instructions and return address details
    
4. Return the item within 14 days of approval
    

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
   
• Items must be returned in resalable condition to qualify for a refund
   
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction for loss in value
   

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Email photos of the damage, packaging, and your order number to info@upitdesigns.co.uk
   
• We’ll arrange a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation
   

Exchanges
Due to the one-off and custom nature of our furniture, we do not offer exchanges.

Legal Notice
This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
